Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers the NVC Singapore NVC Essentials group course (S$798) and 1-1 Mentoring with Miki (S$1,580). Read it together with our Terms and Conditions.

Before your first session: both offerings

• Cancel at least 7 days before your first session: you receive a full refund.
• Cancel less than 7 days before your first session: you can choose a credit or request a transfer of your place, as described below.

Cutoffs use the confirmed session start time in Singapore time (UTC+8). Seven days means seven calendar days before that time; a request exactly at the seven-day cutoff qualifies for a full refund.

Group course after it starts

Missed group sessions after the course starts are considered case by case. Contact us to discuss your circumstances.

Mentoring session changes

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a mentoring session without losing that session. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the session counts as used. Exceptions are considered case by case. A request exactly at the 24-hour cutoff meets the notice requirement. Unused mentoring sessions after mentoring has started are considered case by case.

Credits and transfers

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. A transfer to another person requires NVC Singapore’s approval. Contact us to arrange a credit or transfer.

If NVC Singapore cancels or cannot deliver

You choose between rescheduling or a credit, or a refund for the undelivered portion of your purchase.

How to make a request

contact us with your request and enough information for us to identify your course or mentoring arrangement. Notice is measured when your request reaches us, using Singapore time. We will discuss case-by-case requests with you.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law. Mandatory legal rights take priority over this policy.
