What these terms cover

These terms cover the NVC Singapore NVC Essentials group course (S$798) and 1-1 Mentoring with Miki (S$1,580). They do not replace separately agreed business-client contracts.

Your course or mentoring arrangement

Please confirm the dates, available places, delivery format and what is included with NVC Singapore before paying. The group course and mentoring are different offerings; mentoring is not automatically the four-session group course. Your confirmed arrangement and payment record identify the offering you have purchased.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains refunds, credits, transfers, missed sessions and changes made by NVC Singapore. It forms part of these terms.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms or our cancellation policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. If a mandatory legal right provides a different remedy, that right takes priority.
